World-renowned fashion designer Zandra Rhodes will host the Wiggles and Waggles fashion show luncheon benefiting Encinitas’ Rancho Coastal Humane Society (RCHS) on Tuesday, Feb. 26 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Del Mar Country Club in Rancho Santa Fe.

Models for Wiggles and Waggles will include staff members, volunteers, and furry friends from RCHS.
