Community Resource Center (CRC) will host its 23rd Annual English Tea at the Encinitas Community Center on Saturday, April 14 from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., featuring a silent auction, raffle, short program, and NBC 7 reporter Gaby Rodriguez as emcee. The event will benefit CRC’s innovative programs, including the Therapeutic Art Center for children affected by domestic violence.

CRC provides a safe place for domestic violence survivors and their families at Carol’s House, a 24-bed emergency shelter. They also provide a Therapeutic Children’s Center, education and prevention programs for children and teens, counseling, food and nutrition support, case management, a 24-hour domestic violence hotline, and legal assistance.

Tea Tickets include tea sandwiches, homemade scones and sweets, champagne, and tea. Price is $90 through March 15, and $100 after March 16.

A VIP Table for 8 includes tea tickets plus preferred seating, champagne service, VIP favors, and recognition in the program. Price is $800 through March 15, and $900 after March 16.
