The City of Encinitas recently launched SeeClickFix, a custom mobile app that allows citizens to report non-emergency neighborhood issues, such as street light outages, traffic or street sign problems, hazard trees, potholes, and graffiti. All of Encinitas’ 60,000 residents will be able to use SeeClickFix on their smartphone or home computer to report issues and receive updates on when those issues are addressed. The hope is that these issues will be more efficiently and effectively identified, processed, and fixed.

“The launch of our latest app continues our commitment to making it easy for community members to interact with the City,” said City of Encinitas CIO Lynne Tufts. “With the help and eyes of our community, we’ll be able to work together more efficiently to address service requests in a timely fashion.” SeeClickFix is available for download on both iPhone and Android devices.
