Mary is the pet of the week at the Rancho Coastal Humane Society (RCHS). She’s a 6-year-old, 30- pound, Pug / French Bulldog mix.

According to RCHS, Mary has a big smile and a personality that touches everyone she meets. She loves people and she gets along great with other dogs. French Bulldogs are known to be adaptable, playful, and smart. Pugs have a reputation for being charming, loving, and mischievous. Put that all together and it describes Mary.

Mary was found running stray before being transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through the FOCAS program. She’s had several litters of puppies. Now her days as a “single mom” are over. It’s time for Mary to get all the love and attention she deserves.

The $145 adoption fee for Mary includes medical exam, vaccinations, spay, and microchip. Visit RCHS  at 389 Requeza Street in Encinitas or log on to www.sdpets.org. Call 760-753-6413 for more information. Kennels and Cattery open 11 AM to 5 PM every day but Tuesday.
