Neil Catrick Harris is the pet of the week at the Rancho Coastal Humane Society (RCHS). He’s a 4- year-old, 8-pound, short-haired Orange Tabby.

According to RCHS Public Relations Director John Van Zante, “Neil Catrick Harris is a very friendly cat. He has an outgoing personality. He does pretty well with dogs and might be okay living in a house with a well-mannered dog. Neil Catrick Harris is very active. He purrs a lot…and when he’s happy he purrs really loud!” His previous owner surrendered him to RCHS when he moved into an extended care facility.

The $100 adoption fee for Neil Catrick Harris includes medical exam, vaccinations, neuter, and microchip. Adopt a second cat or kitten any time in the next year and the adoption fee will be just $25. Find your best friend at RCHS in Encinitas or log on to www.sdpets.org. Call 760-753-6413 for more information or to sponsor a pet until it’s adopted. Kennels and cattery are open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Monday.
